Professor Chuck

Chuck Caruso earned his doctorate degree in English and Textual Studies from the University of Washington and has been teaching college writing, literature, and media studies classes for almost two decades. As an Edgar Allan Poe scholar he has published academic papers, presented conference papers, and appeared in a PBS documentary about Poe called Buried Alive. Chuck is also an award-winning novelist and short story writer.

Chuck lives in Seattle, Washington, with his lovely wife Beth and their darling dog Clementine. When not busy writing or teaching, he loves to play board games, ride his scooter, and come up with silly songs on his guitar.
